Draft Order Cards 1 set for each league
FedEx Ground shipping included for finished kits.

Pricing

Remember, depending on the number of kits you order, they can become quite heavy to ship. FedEx Ground shipping for the proof, the posters (draft boards) and labels is built into the pricing you see here. $150 setup charge includes your hard copy proof and delivery of final kits.

Upgrades

Expedited shipping Physical proofs can be shipped for additional $30, $40 & $50 for FedEx 3Day Air, 2Day Air and Next Day Air, respectively. Kits can be expedited using the same methods at a considerably higher cost. If you need this option, let us know so we can provide a quote.
Updated players Don't make your entrants feel cheated at the end of the night when they find out that their 2nd round pick has been arrested in Vegas for the second time in a year and is suspended indefinitely. We do our best to update the players every week once the preseason games begin. This is one of the biggest advantages we offer over our competition, fyi. $2 extra for custom kits. Normally higher.
Draft Board Stands We offer a cardboard stand for you to mount our draftboard prior to the event. Includes peel-n-stick easelbacks for support. Shipping for this large item is already included in the price. $18 per stand.
Foamboard Mounting If you really want to go "BIG TIME" we can have your draft board mounted onto a lightweight piece of foamboard. No creases. Trimmed edges. You'll need to supply an easel. If your event is at a hotel, they often have a huge supply for you to use or rent. $22 per mounted draft board. Again, shipping for these large items is included.
IDP's Individual Defensive Players are normally $4 per set, but we can add them to your current shipment for $2 per set.
Preprinted Team Names - Normally, you just write the names of each team on the draft Board. If you provide an Excel file, we'll print the team names onto labels. Extra $2 per league.

Steps

We have experience in getting these projects done. Note the pictures from ESPN in 2007. Really, the process is fairly streamlined. The most difficult part will be for you to provide artwork to us to include in your picture. Once you get us the artwork, you'll see it really is a piece of cake. But here are the steps anyway.

You place order, which includes $150 charge to develop the artwork for the custom poster. The cost to produce a hard copy and ship to you is included in this charge.
You supply artwork subject to specs shown below.
We provide an electronic copy to you within 3 business days.
You'll approve or make modifications to the electronic proof.
Once electronic version is approved, we'll ship a hard copy to you within 3 days of electronic proof approval. Allow time for shipping.
You approve hard copy or make modifications.
We will begin producing your entire order.
We will ship your order within 4 business days of your hard copy approval. Again, allow for time in transit.

Artwork Specifications

We do not modify your files in any way.The size you send is the size that we use. Hi-Res files preferred in jpg or gif format, although we can use others. We prefer to receive a single file that serves as the header of the entire draft board. If you only have individual files, we can work with them. Your file(s) should be 3 inches or less in height. And they should be 4 inches x the number of teams in length. For example, if your leagues have 10 teams, your file should be 3" tall x 40" wide. Of course it can be smaller. Your file(s) should have a white or transparent (preferred) background to blend nicely on the white poster.

Timelines

A general timeline for different aspects of the project follows. Remember to allow for time in transit.

From when we get the conforming art to when we ship your proof (4 days)
From when we get approval of the hard copy to when we ship you draft kits (4 days)
Allow 4 days in transit from when we ship items to you to get to you. Items can be shipped Express, but the cost is considerably higher.

Another point on timelines. You should expect it to take a full 2 weeks from the time you place your order until the products are delivered. Our staff has more time to work on these projects earlier in the season (IE June and early July). Depending on the workload, we may need to reject some requests or modify the pricing without notice throughout the season. The best way to ensure your project is completed to your specs within budget is to get the process started early.
