| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

Oklahoma residents pay 8.0% sales tax. Other US residents do not pay sales tax. Canadian customers will pay a VAT that will be determined on your order form. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
Your statement will show the charge from either Bruno's Draft Kits or Creative Concepts, our parent company. |
| I need a copy of my receipt/invoice. |

| When will my credit appear on my account? |

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). |
| When will my credit card be charged? |
| |
Normally, we charge your card upon shipping the order. Occasionally, we have to charge your card beforehand. The most common example is when it is very early in the season and you pre-order. Our systems only allow us to hold your card information for 30 days. If it looks like it will be more than 30 days, we may charge your card to avoid having to reenter the order. |
