Jumbo Draft Kit March 5, 2025 Reviewer: Chrisopher Hackett from Taunton, MA United States   I have been getting Bruno‘s draft kits for over 15 years now. I have had one issue, but that was the deal with the mail delivery, not with Bruno‘s, but Bruno’s. Did the right thing and mailed out a new draft kit within a day because my draft is in a few days. This is just the type of people that they are. They are great. Communication is great. Customer service is great and the best thing is, the draft kits are great And always on time. Draft kit/ baseball July 2, 2024 Reviewer: Manuel Rivera from Berwyn, IL United States   I've ordered from Bruno's in the past and was always pleased with the product. There was a mix up on the address and it was sent back. I wasn't too sure if it was my fault so your representative offered to pay half the shipping which was fine but I was asked if I was a past customer. I was going to cancel but thought since I was a past customer it would actually mean something. Guess not, I just thought it was weird to ask if I was a past customer and offer to pay half of the shipping....probably will continue next year just thought that was weird. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! March 12, 2024 Reviewer: Christopher Martin from Peoria, IL United States   i have a magnetic football board that i use for baseball by putting the stickers on old magnets. So I asked them to give me the double sized team names that fit the magnetic board. Of coarse, I received my board and they included the double sized team names. Draft Boards & Labels February 1, 2024 Reviewer: Charlie from North Carolina   Well first of all it's been a while since we actually had enough guys together to do a partial live draft, I said I am going to surprise whoever is at draft with the boards there is no greater feeling, cooler feeling when you're at a live draft and you have labels waiting for you.
