How do I return an item?

Effective March 10 2024.....We Are Accepting Returns Subject to the Following
(changes from August 2022 version include: 1) decreased the restocking fee after deadline to 40% from 50%, 2) included specific dates for football and baseball, 3) added specific language to include refused deliveries)

PART 1 (STANDARD RETURNS) We (Bruno's) are accepting returns for NON-CUSTOM items, less a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, you'll pay to ship the package back to us, or we'll deduct the shipping from your refund. Any portion of your order that is customized will not be compensated back to you in any way. All returns must be received back to our warehouse by Sept 3 (football) or March 25 (baseball). After these dates, the restocking fee will increase to 40% + return shipping. If you do get something custom, hold onto it for next year. Allow 3 weeks for returns to be processed. Additionally, any refused deliveries or Return to Sender packages will follow this same procedure.
This policy supercedes any other
policy we may have published prior to March 10, 2024.

PART 2 (LATE DELIVERIES) If your package arrives late, even if it arrives after your draft, see part 1 above as our standard return policy will govern any returns/refunds. With Covid and labor shortages, neither Fedex nor USPS offer guarantees on shipments. See our shipping page for more details.

By purchasing anything on our site, you agree that you understand this policy. Furthermore, you agree not to dispute the purchase with your credit card. If you
dispute a transaction we will charge you $50 or the total of fees that we incur from chargebacks with our credit card processors, whichever is greater.

Why are we changing the policy for 2022? We really don't want you to wait until the last minute to order this year as we have a bare-bones staff.
We went to great lengths and expense build/stock inventory for those of you who count on us to provide our services.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, if your package arrives later than you anticipated, and if this delay is deemed by the carrier (most often Fedex) to be a circumstance outside of their control, which causes them to reject our claim, Bruno's will not be able to issue you a refund. For example, if you select overnight on Thursday for Friday delivery and it arrives Monday, and Fedex rejects our claim for late delivery due to bad weather, we will not honor your return due to late delivery. If Fedex honors our claim, we'll honor your return subject to the other terms above.
