Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
Once we get within 2 months of opening day, we normally ship within 48 hours.  Once we get within about 5 weeks, we try to ship same day, if not next day.  With 2-4 months prior to the season opener, we normally consider this the pre-order period and will ship your order when our supplies are replenished, which is at least 2 months prior to the opener.  For example, if you order a football draft kit in May, look for it to arrive sometime in June.  If you are cutting it close, please call us at (580)318-KITS as we can probably do something to expedite it.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
Note:  We ship with FedEx and the Post Office.  Priority Mail is not trackable, but if you get Express shipping and we choose to ship with the Post Office, you can track this package.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

If there is still a question, call us right away at (580)318-KITS so we can investigate and correct the problem before it is too late.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Some of our items ship separately, so it could be that they are simply in different stages of the shipment.  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

If something is definitely missing or incorrect, let us know ASAP so we can fix it before it is too late.
