How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, make sure you contact us ahead of time to make sure the return is acceptable. Please understand that our product has a very limited shelf life, and a returned product often cannot be resold during that season. You can click on the chat icon, send us an email or call us at (314)961-KITS.
If the reason for the return is our fault, we'll accept returns during that season and will credit your entire order, including shipping.
If the reason for the return is not our fault, we will accept returns subject to the following:
If we receive the return with at least 14 days left before the season's first game, we will credit your account the total price paid less shipping and handling.
If we receive the return with less than 14 days before the season's first game, we will credit your account for 50% of the product cost. For example, we would give you a credit of $16.50 ($33 x 50%) if we received the return with 7 days remaining before the first game.
In all cases, you must advise us before you send a return. If it is our fault, we will either send you a label to send the product back, or we will reimburse your for the return shipping charges. We might also credit your account without sending the product back to us. This decision is solely up to Bruno's Draft Kits. The date we receive the return is not the same as the day you ship it back to us. Please allow for time in transit. We reserve the right to deny returns if these procedures are not followed.

Some limitations to our returns policy
Again, we'll work with you to the extent possible. If you have a problem, please call or send us a note. The sooner the better since the season for draft kits is relatively short.
